This morning’s ride – 198 km. 2 km short of a metric double. When I looked at my gps, I did not consider heading back out for those last two. Instead, I helped myself to a beans/rice/steak bowlerito. mmm mmm good.

I dropped out with three laps. I didn’t have high expectations, but I did hope for a good training weekend, instead I tweaked my ankle in a sloppy turn (making an appointment to see a specialist in the next week or so) and called it a weekend.
